Back-to-Back-to-Back Wins: Content Workshop Named Cybersecurity Marketing Agency of the Year
Yes, it’s a three-peet.
Content Workshop has been named Cybersecurity Marketing Agency of the Year at CyberMarketingCon 2025’s Marquee Awards. While Content Workshop was awarded the Cybersecurity Content Agency of the year in 2024 and 2023, this year, we took home the top honor.
This isn’t a repeat. It’s a statement.
The win affirms what our clients already know. Content Workshop isn’t just another vendor. We’re an indispensable part of a cybersecurity marketing team.
Clients call when the stakes are high, the timeline is tight, and the content has to land with technical credibility, strategic depth, and a voice that builds trust. Especially in cybersecurity, where precision is table stakes, not a differentiator.
Stronger in Every Way
Since last year’s win, we’ve scaled our capabilities to meet a rising demand for high-velocity, high-integrity content.
We welcomed Lush, a premier Canadian web development agency, into the Content Workshop ecosystem as our Web Studio. Now, we don’t just write the words, we design and build the pages where those stories live. The result: marketing experiences that don’t just inform; they convert.
We also launched the AI Studio, a new division designed to help organizations implement AI tools responsibly and remove the parts of their jobs that suck, so they can spend more time doing what they’re actually good at. The AI Studio’s mission is simple: replace friction with flow.
Lastly, we’ve begun the beta phase of our new software, Chatter. The content ideation and topic research tool is built on the idea that the future of content isn’t about chasing searches but joining conversations. Chatter surfaces content ideas based on emerging discourse, real questions, and human behavior rather than keyword volume.
Chatter helps content teams identify what their audiences actually want to talk about before competitors even know the questions are being asked. It’s the antidote to boring content and the key to building authority in evolving technical spaces like cybersecurity.
From the Stage to the Ring
At this year’s conference, we also had the chance to shape the conversation around what ethical, effective marketing looks like in a world increasingly influenced by AI.
Our Founder and President, David J Ebner, delivered a keynote presentation on Moral Marketing, becoming helpers instead of takers. In it, he challenged cybersecurity marketers to embrace their role not just as revenue drivers but as stewards of information ecosystems. “Your strategy defines more than your pipeline. It defines how truth competes in the attention economy,” he told the crowd.
And because we believe impact should be paired with joy (and more impact), we also sponsored the Cyberslam, a cybersecurity-themed indie wrestling event that pitted the Cybersecurity Marketing Team vs all the villains the internet has to offer. Yes, there were powerbombs. And yes, it was awesome.
Celebrating Our Clients, Our Team, and the Work That Got Us Here
This win belongs to our talented team of strategists, creators, and contractors at Content Workshop. But also to the cybersecurity marketers who trust us with their most complex stories.
Our partnership with Palo Alto Networks continues to be a masterclass in brand leadership. From thought leadership series to modular campaign content, our work together amplifies not just product value, but platform vision.
With Keyfactor, we continue to build deeply technical content ecosystems that make certificate lifecycle management, PKI, and machine identity accessible without diluting their significance. Our work doesn’t just describe features—it earns trust with the people who vet vendors by reading everything.
And with every new cybersecurity partner, we’re proving that it’s possible to scale expert-level marketing without compromising clarity, nuance, or tone.
Winning Matters, But What We Do Next Matters More
This back-to-back-to-back win isn’t just a feather in our cap. It’s fuel.
It pushes us to keep asking better questions. To keep hiring great people. To build tools that make good marketers dangerous and great marketers unstoppable.
Whether it’s shipping AI-assisted ideation workflows, launching Chatter, standing up full-funnel campaigns in partnership with client SMEs, or building web experiences that punch above their weight, our goal is bigger than winning awards.
It’s to make our cybersecurity marketing partners the most strategic, effective, and credible marketing function in the room.
And we’re just getting warmed up.
